Makerside helps small food, craft, and market vendors plan and generate Instagram content. By creating an account, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to keep your login credentials secure.
You own the photos, business details, and other material you upload. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use and publish anything you upload, including to Instagram via your connected account.
Captions, visual guides, and content plans are generated with the help of AI based on the information you provide. Review generated content before publishing — Makerside doesn't guarantee its accuracy, and you're responsible for what you ultimately post.
If you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, you authorize Makerside to: read basic profile info for that account; create and publish organic feed posts on your behalf, including posts you choose to schedule for automatic publishing at a future time without further action from you; read performance metrics (reach, profile views, and similar) for your account; and, if you opt in, read your recent public posts so Makerside can ground your content strategy in how your account already performs. You can disconnect at any time from your Dashboard, or remove Makerside from your Instagram account's own settings — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do. Instagram limits how many posts any connected app can publish in a rolling 24-hour period; Makerside doesn't control that limit.
You can schedule an approved post with a photo attached to publish automatically at a time you choose. Once scheduled, that post will publish to your connected Instagram account at or after that time without further action from you, unless you cancel it first. You're responsible for reviewing a post's content and photo before scheduling it.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.
Makerside is provided "as is" during this early pilot phase, without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for lost content, missed posts, or business outcomes from using the service.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Makerside after a change means you accept the updated terms.
